MathTeachMeet 2022, September 1, 2022 – hybrid
PMF Split, Ruđera Boškovića 35, Split, Croatia
Our local project manager from the University of Split, associate professor Ph.D. Jurica Perić, held the lecture “Educational outcomes of the EU project – mathSTEM” as part of the inter-county professional meeting for mathematics teachers of Split-Dalmatia, Šibenik-Knin, Zadar and Dubrovnik-Neretva Counties.

Learning/Teaching/Training event: “Teachers4STEM”, held in Split, Croatia
This training event, held from August 22 to August 26, was consisted of short courses, seminars, discussions, and presentation about the use of mathSTEM method in all partner organizations in Croatia, Macedonia and Turkey. During the training, each participant identified the technologies and methodologies used in the mathSTEM method. Representatives from partner organizations were opening a discussion on positive and negative aspects of the new teaching methodology and were talking about the future direction of developing the new methodology.

Multiplier Event held on June 27, 2022 in Skopje, N. Macedonia
The Multiplier Event was attended by university professors and people who have completed STEM studies. Project achievements and opportunities within the Erasmus plus program were discussed.

7th CROATIAN MATHEMATICAL CONGRESS, June 15-18, 2022, Split, Croatia
On June 18, we presented the results of our project at the 7th Croatian Mathematical Congress in Split, Croatia.

Learning/Teaching/Training event: “STEM Ambassadors”, held in Ohrid, Macedonia
This Summer course, held from May 9 to May 13, was an intensive programme for STEM students from the partner Universities of this project. It was consist of short presentations, discussions, and presentation of different topics for STEM students in a STEM context. The mathSTEM methodology has be used in the design of the summer course.

Final transnational meeting held in Ankara, Turkey
The final transnacional meeting of the project mathSTEM was organized on March, 31 on Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey. Final details for the organization of learning, teaching or training activities “STEM Ambassadors” and “Teachers 4 mathSTEM” have been agreed.

Successful transnational meeting Evaluation and reports for mathSTEM method held in Split, Croatia
The mathSTEM project team met in Croatia on Faculty of Science (Split) on November 6, 2021, and held the third transnational meeting Evaluation and reports for mathSTEM method . The parties involved in the project talked about the work in progress and activities planned in 2021 and 2022.

The Multiplier Event was attended by university professors and people who have completed STEM studies. The parties involved in the project talkd about theirs experience gained during the project and also for the benefits of this project.

Project transnational meeting Development of mathSTEM methodology online on April 22, 2021
Erasmus+ project mathSTEM international team met on April 22, 2021. This was the second translational meeting. This time translational project meeting was online due to Covid-19 pandemic. The main aim of meeting was to discuss the work in progress and activities planned in 2021.

Successful kick-off meeting held in Zagreb, Croatia
At the end of October, the mathSTEM project team met in Croatia on Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology (Zagreb), and held the kick-off meeting. In two days a series of constructive and productive meetings was held and set guidelines for further project activities in the coming months.
